Psychic Dinners Events:
* Must be 18 +
16 - 17 allowed with parental permission and attendance as long as it complies with the venue's policies. Some venues are pubs and may not allow anyone under 18. Please ask Cherry before you book a ticket.
If you are unable to attend due to covid or for other unavoidable circumstances you may transfer your ticket to another venue/date as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before the event and/or within 12 hours of the event, you may pass your ticket to a friend/family member. Please be aware it is illegal to resell your ticket. I am here to help you any way I can. Please call Cherry for assistance ~ 0412 436 320. Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please be aware we are not required to give a refund if you simply change your mind.
★ eCommerce – Your booking or store purchase is not confirmed until payment has been received and an order confirmation has been sent. Stock issues for shop items or technical glitches can happen from time to time.
★ Payment – payment is required at the time of booking an event or item purchased from the shop. Payment options are: online or over the phone in the case of website complications, processed via the Square POS; or bank transfer - for bookings only
★ Refunds – Australian Consumer Law states:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
For store products you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

★ Discounts and Coupon Codes – please read any details carefully
★ Bookings Held – if you have opted to have your paid booking held for a later date it will be held for up to 12 months. Please contact Cherry if you require an extension.
★ Gift Vouchers – there is no expiry date. To redeem a gift voucher please contact Cherry directly.
★ Postage and delivery – in most cases products purchased will be posted or delivered within 1-2 business days. You may also pick up your purchases in person by appointment.
★ Intellectual Property – all digital and printed material created by or for Psychic Dinners is protected by Copyright Law. This includes logos, advertising and marketing material, printed/laminated cards and posters used at Psychic Dinners events, and any other designs used by Psychic Dinners.

Please allow up to 2 days for me to respond to any complaints. It will not always be possible to resolve a complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. Your personal information (name, phone number and any dietary needs) will be shared with the venues for the purpose of organising seating and dietary.

having security of my premises and databases / records;
access to only personnel who need that personal information to effectively provide services to you;
having technological measures in place (for example, anti-virus software); a secure https website.
permanently deleting/shredding any spreadsheets/guest lists with your personal information on it
Our website uses Wix and Google to help us better understand visitor traffic, so we can improve our services. Although this data is mostly anonymous, it is possible that under certain circumstances, we may connect it to you.
We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services, opportunities, or events that we consider may be of interest to you if you have requested or consented to receive such communications. These communications may be sent in by email, in accordance with applicable marketing laws, such as the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
